Your input is needed! The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) is hosting a series of open houses where residents can see the new draft of the Regional Zoning Bylaw, look at the zoning maps, ask questions and share comments with the project team.
What Is It?
The PRRD is working to replace five old zoning bylaws with one unified, Regional Zoning Bylaw and we need your help to get it right. A draft is ready, created with feedback from over 600 residents.
Why Is It Important?
Did we hear you right? We need your feedback to make sure the draft bylaw represents your needs. During the last round of community engagement, we heard residents wanted:
⏺️ Bigger accessory buildings ⏺️ More dwelling units ⏺️ Less regulation ⏺️ Fewer industrial-scale businesses in residential areas
